Murrells Inlet is known for great food and warm hospitality, but most importantly its offshore fishing. In the spring months, when the waters of the Gulf Stream begin to warm, an abundance of marine life shows up off South Carolinas coast. Dolphin, Wahoo, Tuna, and several types of Billfish are just a few examples of the species offered in this state. As the seasons change, fish migrate up and down the South Carolina coast line, allowing offshore trips to lasts all year long, even in the cold winter months.
