Who We Are....
My name is Captain Dave Tilley. I operate the head boat Continental Shelf based in Morehead City, NC.

I hold a 100 ton master license and have fished the Carolina Coast for the last 20 years.
I also own and operate FryingPanTower.Com - Fishing The Carolina Coast

I host and build websites when the wind blows and enjoying coding.
I have several other Captains that help me out over at FryingPanTower.Com and over time I am sure there will be a few that help us all out here.
Overall this is YOUR site. Not mine. Ya'll just let me code a little here and there and talk fishing and I am a happy fellow.
Why and Why is it all FREE?
Why? Becasue I think overall the world takes to much too often and forgets to give back. This is one of the ways I give back.
I have thousands of dollars and thousands of hours in building the tools and services that this site provides for free. All I ask is that you Commit one RANDOM act of kindness in the world. No more no less.

Yep, Captain Dave does it all. Husband/family man, Headboat captain, web site builder, BBQ cook, beer drinker, (may do Windows) but best of all, one of the best friends you could ever have!
