I was wondering if you could help me spread the word on my demo bay boat that is for sale. While it is virtually brand new, it is for sale because Brunswick wants to move me to another brand for the 2009 model year. Yes, Sea Pro will cease production at the end of June, but the parent company, US Marine, will continue in business with several other brands and honor the 10-year, transferable warranty. In fact, my hull will be added to another line, so it will actually stay in production.

My boat is a 2008, 21 foot bay boat, with a tunnel hull. The model is SV2100CC and the tunnel hull is an option. I believe it has almost every option except extra seats and a swim platform. As a demo, nothing has been registered and the purchaser will become the original owner. The motor is a 2008 225 Opti Max that currently has about 14 hours. The trailer is a new, but non-current (manufactured Nov. 2006), Karavan aluminum I-beam rated at 5800 pounds, with dual torsion axles and 4-wheel disc brakes. It is actually the trailer for the 24 foot version and has less than 1,000 miles.

The MSRP for this boat with all the extras is approximately $48,000. A dealer would sell it for approximately $42,000.

Sea Pro is willing to sell it for $31,000. If you know of someone looking for a hotrod bay boat with all the extras, this might be just the ticket for them. I really like it and will be getting another.
