curious if one is better than the other......and if ballyhoo should i wire my own or is buying pre-rigged okay? what is the shortest length on pogy's you would use for live bait trolling? If i was to catch a little king say 22" is it legal to rig him up and send him in? looking forward to the feedback thanx!!!!
