I have allowed pop ups, but still cant get supermap to open. Is there anything else I need to do?

Fatcat,
What Browser and Version are you suing?

There is a known issue with IE6...You must use Internet Exployer7.

Firefox current works fine....

I had a report of an issue with Safari yesterday but have not looked into as of yet.

Fatcat,
We have fixed the issue with IE6 but it still has to be a patched version of 6. Best bet is to upgrade and go to IE7.
