Fished in 100 feet SE of Georgetown on Monday. Seas were considerably higher than forecast, but we went anyway with just me and one other on board.

Ended up doing pretty well with over 100 fish and keeping about 25 of the nicer ones including:

Vermillion Snapper
Black Sea Bass
Grunts
Red Groupers (15 and 18lbs)

Only three sharks all day, which was a nice surprise.

Seas died out in the afternoon and I put on a mask and snorkel to swim with a school of small jacks that were hanging out under the boat, which was a lot of fun.

Very Happy Sounds like you had a good day. Only three sharks, I would not know what to do. I am gonna try to go out bottom fishing Sat or Sun. If you don't mind what where you using for bait.
