Dave, I have a Humminbird 787. I see that I can save waypoints to a .gpx file. Would it be possible to save these waypoints to a SD card and upload them to my GPS?

Oneal,
I do not know about saving them to an SD card....(I have never used a Hummingbird) but I do know that GPSU.... http://www.gpsu.co.uk/ can upload and download to and from most GPS's GPX format files. It is an excellent program and well worth the $40.00 for the current edition. (You get all future versions for the same price...I have been using iot for years through 5 or 6 versions now)

Soon.....I know everything we me is "Soon"....I hope to have a custom version just for the map.

So much code....so little time.

Dave

I have the same unit you do. 787 Hummin bird. Go to the humminbird website and register you unit. Then you can download their free waypoint management software. Take an sd card and place in your 787. tell your 787 to transfer your waypoints onto the card. Put card in computer and the mangement software will open the file (import file from card). Then you can save as gpx and upload into super map. If you have anyproblems email me through the site and I will help you if you need.

I figured out how to upload/download waypoints to my GPS. Is there any way to select only the the waypoints off the SC coast on the supermap? By the way, awsome web site and Supermap!!
