What I want is Feedback....

What do you like?
What do you not like?
Does the logic make sence?
Could you figure it out without being a computer GURU?
What features are we missing?

What is your favorite Feature?

There are serveral things that do not work....
WaveCast does not work....
10 Contours do not work (They will not for almost a month till they finish...)

Bang On it....

Maybe I have not expained what it is well enough....

Well first off...It is FREE....just like ALL the tools here at SouthCarolina-Offshore.Com

It has for FREE....

Three-day SST composite

Chlorophyll
MODIS Aqua chlorophyll

Satilitte Imagery
Current infrared image
Current visible image
Current water vapor image
MODIS true color

Details
Offshore Navigation Charts
Bathymetric Charts
Contours 10 feet, 25 feet, 100 feet, 500 feet
Lat and Long Grid

Current Weather Conditions
Radar
Weather buoys-with Complete output
Weather warnings
Winds
Barometric Pressure

Forecasts
GFS (MAV)
GFS Marine (MMG)
ETA/NAM (MET)
ETA/NAM Marine (MME)
ReefCast
Wavecast
Tides - All primary and secondary stations for any date till 2037
Solunar Tables - Any where you can click on the map.

Waypoints
Complete set of Public –Available to everyone
Private –User Uploadable Waypoints from GPS – Not Sharable

That is ALL 100% free. More or less....All the freely availible data coming from ALL the availible Satilites all in one spot with science grade Bottom data, 5 forecast models, Every tide station Primary and Secondary, Solunar Tables and out Own ReefCast, WaveCast Combo all built into a Zoomable, Clickable interface.

WAIT.....>That is not all....there is MORE....
I have teamed up with Sea View Fishing to bring you ALL the Data from the PAY Satilittes too!

SST
(cleaner, more accurate SST information, posted within 2-3 hours of overpass for other areas, geographic accuracy +/- 2 pixels or under 1 mile, better cloud masking than other sources)

Chlorophyll imagery
(geographically more accurate data posted within 2-3 hours of overpass on West Coast and 3-8 hours of overpass for other areas, available for many areas not supported by other services) not a static graphic, but an interactive data layer like the SST

Sea Surface Height
anomaly analyses (updated daily) not a static graphic, but an interactive data layer like the SST

Geostrophic ocean current vectors
as an interactive data layer (updated daily) not a static graphic, but an interactive data layer like the SST

High resolution, interactive, coastal current vectors
(1-2 km spatial resolution, out to 50 miles where available) ****DID YOU SEE THIS!!**** not a static graphic, but an interactive data layer like the SST

High resolution MODIS-derived Chlorophyll composites not a static graphic, but an interactive data layer like the SST

Medium resolution AVHRR-derived SST composites – not just averaged data but composites using only the most recent cloud-free data for each pixel. Can be 24 hour, 72 hour and ‘cloud free’ composites not a static graphic, but an interactive data layer like the SST

Medium resolution sub surface temperature at 50, 100 & 300 meters (1/8 degree – higher res. When it becomes available) - not just static graphic image, but an interactive data layer like the SST

Medium resolution mixed layer depth analyses (1/4 degree – higher res. When it becomes available) -analogous to thermocline in most cases), not just static graphic image, but an interactive data layer like the SST

Medium resolution ocean salinity analyses (1/8 degree – higher res. When it becomes available) – not a static graphic, but an interactive data layer like the SST)

Image animations

This will be for $200 a year. If you fish in NC and go to Fla once or twice....you can still use our stuff in Fla or Tx or Va or ANYWHERE on the east coast or Gulf of Mex for the one time $200.

It's a happy thang!

Enjoy!

Dave

Thanks, thanks, thanks, But I am still learning how to use. Can you measure distance from port to way points?

Left hand side....under the ZOOM tool. There is Measure tool that looks like a ruler. Click it once......then click the map to start the measure.....then double click to stop. You can also single click inbetween to make and measure a route.

We also added "Right Click" drop waypoint. So where youa re looking at something...say a temp break. You can right click down the break and drop waypoints. There name will be Dat-Time in the User waypoint list.

We also added to Loops for ALL SST and Clor shots. So you can view an animation of the last X number of shots. You can turn on or turn off this shot or that shot (like if it is missing data for that day) you can also zoom in.

100% BadAss!
